Ano ang Ginagawa ng Komite na Ito
Sinusuri ng Maui County Affordable Housing Committee ang mga ordinansa at resolusyon na may kaugnayan sa produksyon ng affordable housing, mga kinakailangan sa inclusionary zoning, alokasyon ng housing trust fund, at mga disposisyon ng lupa ng county para sa affordable na pag-unlad. Sinusubaybayan din nito ang implementasyon ng housing plan ng county at mga kasunduan sa affordable housing sa mga developer.
