Department of Labor and Industrial Relations

The Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations enforces workplace safety standards through the Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health Division, administers unemployment insurance, enforces wage and hour laws, and manages workers' compensation and disability compensation programs.
