Ewa Neighborhood Board (NB 23)
The Ewa Neighborhood Board (Board 23) is one of 36 neighborhood boards in Honolulu. It holds monthly public meetings where residents can discuss community concerns, hear updates from city and state agencies, and provide input on issues affecting their neighborhood.
What This Neighborhood Board Does
Ewa Neighborhood Board No. 23 represents the Ewa community on O'ahu, covering Ewa Beach, Ewa Villages, and surrounding rapidly growing areas of the Ewa Plain. The board hears from city agencies, reviews development and infrastructure proposals affecting the district, and forwards community resolutions to the Honolulu City Council and Mayor. It meets monthly and provides a direct channel for Ewa residents to engage with local government.
