The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) is a state agency that finances and develops affordable rental and for-sale housing across Hawaii. It allocates federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, issues tax-exempt bonds, and administers state housing programs to support the construction and preservation of affordable units.
