Hawaii Labor Relations Board

Ang Hawaii Labor Relations Board is a quasi-judicial state agency that administers the Hawaii Employment Relations Act and the Hawaii Public Employment Relations Act, overseeing collective bargaining for both private sector and public sector employees.
