Hawaii State Restrictive Housing Legislative Working Group

The Hawaii State Restrictive Housing Legislative Working Group examines the use of solitary confinement and other forms of restrictive housing in Hawaii's correctional facilities, reviewing data on its use and its documented psychological and physical harms.
