Kona Soil and Water Conservation District

The Kona Soil and Water Conservation District serves the Kona district on the western side of Hawai'i Island, providing technical assistance and administering conservation programs for landowners dealing with soil erosion, water quality, and sustainable agricultural practices. It develops local work plans addressing the unique challenges of Kona's volcanic slopes and coffee and macadamia farming operations.
