Kuliouou-Kalani Iki Neighborhood Board No. 02 is one of 33 elected neighborhood boards on O'ahu under the Neighborhood Commission Office, serving the Kuliouou and Kalani Iki valleys in East Honolulu. It reviews City permit applications, rezoning requests, and public works projects affecting these residential communities, and transmits resolutions to the Mayor and City Council. Meetings address concerns about hillside development, traffic, and the character of these established residential neighborhoods.
