Oahu Service Area Board on Mental Health and Substance Abuse

Ang Oahu Service Area Board on Mental Health and Substance Abuse advises the Department of Health on the planning, delivery, and quality of mental health and pag-abuso ng substance services across the O'ahu service area. Sinusuri nito ang program performance, identifies gaps in the continuum of care, and makes mga rekomendasyon on resource allocation and policy priorities for behavioral health services serving the majority of Hawaii's population. The board provides community accountability for publicly funded mental health and addiction treatment programs on O'ahu.

O'ahu residents affected by mental health or substance use issues — or those supporting someone who is — maaaring lumahok in this board to advocate for expanded services, better quality, and equitable access to treatment.
