Office of Elections

The Office of Elections administers Hawaii's 全州 election system, managing voter registration, absentee and mail-in voting, candidate filing, and the conduct of primary and general elections. It certifies election results, enforces campaign spending laws in coordination with the Campaign Spending Commission, and maintains 該州wide voter registration database. The office's decisions about polling locations, ballot design, and vote counting procedures affect every eligible voter in Hawaii.
