State Council on Mental Health

The State Council on Mental Health advises the Hawaii Department of Health's Adult Mental Health Division on the planning, development, and evaluation of ke olakino o ka noʻonoʻo services for adults statewide. The council reviews the state ke olakino o ka noʻonoʻo plan, monitors service delivery, and makes nā ʻōlelo aʻoaʻo on policy priorities and funding to improve the system of care for people with serious mental illness.
