State Neurotrauma Advisory Board

The State Neurotrauma Advisory Board advises the Department of Health on the use of the Hawaii Neurotrauma Special Fund, which is funded by traffic violation surcharges and used to support services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
