West Maui Transportation Access Plan

The West Maui Transportation Access Plan is a Department of Transportation planning initiative that develops long-term strategies to improve transportation options and access in west Maui, which relies almost entirely on a single highway corridor that is vulnerable to natural disasters and traffic congestion.
