West Oahu/Windward Oahu Subarea Health Planning Council

The West Oahu/Windward Oahu Subarea Health Planning Council advises the State Health Planning and Development Agency on healthcare needs, priorities, and Certificate of Need applications affecting the West and Windward O'ahu regions.
