Working Group on State Civil Identification Card (Act 243 (2015))

Ang working group na ito was established under Act 243 (2015) to develop mga rekomendasyon for implementing a state civil identification card program in Hawaii that would provide a government-issued ID to ang mga residenteng do not have a driver's license or other qualifying identification. The group examined eligibility requirements, acceptable documentation, issuing procedures, and uses for the proposed ID card to ensure it would serve residents without access to standard forms of identification.
