• An update from the Office of Elections on progress made on the committee's past recommendations for voter education, outreach, and accessible voting
• A briefing on how Hawaii is preparing for possible U.S. Postal Service restrictions that could affect mail-in ballots for the 2026 Primary and General Elections
• Planning a post-election accessibility survey to gather feedback from voters with disabilities after the 2026 elections
• Reviewing and updating a reference flyer given to voter service center workers to help them assist voters who have accessibility needs

• Approval of minutes from the April 23, 2026 meeting
• Adopting the survey questions to be used in the 2026–2027 post-election accessibility survey
• Approving the updated flyer for voter service center workers to use during the 2026 elections
