Action Item ILM #26-07: Approval to authorize and expend up to $172\,500 for due diligence activities associated with the potential acquisition by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) of KITV\, Inc. and KIKU\, LLC\, including related assets\, real property interests\, broadcast licenses\, and transaction matters\, from the Allen Media Group. Due diligence activities shall be completed in two phases: Phase I (up to $45\,000) and Phase II (up to $127\,500)\, for a total amount not to exceed $172\,500.
\n  G. Committee on Budget and Finance – June 24\, 2026
\n   1. Action Item BF #26-14: OHA Biennium Budget for the Fiscal Biennium Periods 2025-2026 (FY26) and 2026-2027 (FY27) – Budget Realignment #2 – Approval of Core and Non-Core Budget Realignments.
\n  H. Update to the Board of Trustees on Mana i Mauli Ola (MiMO) regarding progress to date on the data dashboard usability assessment\, including activities and deliverables completed to date\, the remaining deliverable\, and anticipated next steps. No Board action is requested. – Strategy & Implementation
\n  I. Action Item BOT #26-08: Approval of the Mana i Mauli Ola (MiMO) Ad Hoc Committee’s Recommendation to Reorganize the MiMO Strategic Plan Around Ea as the Overarching Moku\, Theory of Change\, and Long-Term Destination for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs’ Strategic Plan.
\nIV. Executive Session§
\n  A. The Board anticipates convening in an executive session meeting pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 92-5(a)(4) to receive a case assessment and consult with its legal counsel regarding the Board's powers\, duties\, privileges\, immunities\, and liabilities with respect to the mediation and defense of Zurishaddai C. Aki v. OHA\, et al.\, Civil No. 1CCV-25-0001598.
\n  B. The Board anticipates convening in an executive session meeting pursuant to HRS § 92-5(a)(2) to consider the evaluation\, dismissal\, or discipline of an officer or employee\, where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved\; provided that if the individual concerned requests an open meeting\, an open meeting shall be held\; and HRS § 92-5(a)(4) to consult with its legal counsel regarding the Board's powers\, duties\, privileges\, immunities\, and liabilities with respect to matters relating to its financial affairs\, employees\, and operations. The consultation will include discussion on possible remedial actions as a result of the findings and conclusions of an independent investigative report concerning the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Administrator\, Stacy K. Ferreira. No decision-making will occur
\nV. New Business – Continued
\n  I. Legal Matters. Discussion regarding non-privileged matters relating to mediation in Zurishaddai C. Aki v. OHA\, et al.\, Civil No. 1CCV-25-0001598. The Board may take actions relating to the defense and mediation in this case.
\n  J. Legal Matters. Discussion regarding non-privileged matters relating to the investigation and possible remedial actions concerning the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Administrator\, Stacy K. Ferreira. No decision or action will be taken.
