\nTESTIMONY PROCEDURES 
\n 
\nOral or written testimony on any agenda item will be accepted.
\n 
\nORAL TESTIMONY: Testimony will be taken at the meeting as determined by the Chair. Testifiers are limited to three (3) minutes to testify on each agenda item. Testifiers may only testify once per item. Testifiers are asked to provide their name and the organization they represent but may remain anonymous if they prefer.
\n 
\nIN-PERSON TESTIMONY: Sign-up at the physical location.
\n 
\nREMOTE TESTIMONY: Testifiers via video may sign-up using the chat function by sending a message to staff signifying their intention to testify\, their name\, and the item they wish to testify on. Testimony shall not be submitted within the chat function\, the chat function may not be used to contact Technical Advisory Committee members or other meeting participants\, for commenting on the agenda items\, or other matters. Individuals may be disconnected from the meeting for breaking decorum.
\n 
\nAll non-board members are asked to mute their audio and video at all times\, except when called upon by the Chair to testify or speak.
\n 
\nWRITTEN TESTIMONY: Written testimony may be submitted by email to getinvolved@mauimpo.org or to the Maui MPO\, 200 South High Street\, Wailuku\, Hawaiʻi\, 96793. While the Technical Advisory Committee requests that written testimony be submitted by noon three business days prior to the meeting\, to allow time for it to be transmitted to and reviewed by Technical Advisory Committee members\, testimony submitted after such date and time must still be accepted.

\nINTERRUPTION IN VIDEO/AUDIO
\n 
\nIf the connection between any testifier and the video conference is lost\, the meeting will continue. A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to 30 minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with Technical Advisory Committee members participating in the meeting or with the public location identified above. If connection cannot be restored within 30 minutes\, the meeting is automatically terminated.

\nExecutive Director will provide a report to the Maui MPO Technical Advisory Committee. Topics may include administrative updates\; updates on active plans and projects\; and federal legislation\, regulation\, and policies that impact MPOs.

\na.      State of Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation
\nTransportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) 2026 Update
\nRichard Wollenbecker (State of Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation) will present the draft State DOT Transportation Asset Management Plan. 
\nThe Committee may vote to: (1) recommend the Policy Board support the State DOT targets by agreeing to adopt the State DOT Transportation Asset Management Plan and the State DOT NHS bridge and pavement performance targets\; (2) recommend that the Policy Board establish Maui specific performance targets for NHS bridge and pavement\; or (3) defer.
