Accordingly\, the purpose of this chapter is to establish a commission to provide for a statewide program\, on a permanent and continuing basis\, on the status of lesbian\, gay\, bisexual\, transgender\, queer\, plus individuals in Hawai‘i.\n \nCALL TO ORDER\n \nI.
