Review of minutes from the July 6, 2026 meeting
Recruiting new board members — the board is actively seeking people to join MSAB
Fiscal Year 2024 Service Plan — continued discussion of the Maui area's comprehensive mental health and substance abuse service plan
Reducing mental health stigma among youth — ongoing conversation about building a community where young people feel comfortable seeking help, and where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health
Updates from local programs, including the Maui Family Guidance Center and the Maui Community Mental Health Center
State Council on Mental Health update — noted that there is currently no Maui representative on the state council
