• Meeting minutes: The board will review and approve the notes from its July 1, 2026 meeting.
• Executive Director goals and strategic plan: The board will consider new 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals for the Executive Director, based on work done by a small study group earlier this year, and update the agency's overall strategic plan.
• Board structure review: The board will consider forming a new study group to look at how HCDA's boards are organized and whether they can be simplified or restructured.
• Waikīkī Beach improvement plan: The board will consider allowing the Executive Director to help the state develop a comprehensive plan for improvements to Waikīkī Beach, and to sign a formal agreement with the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development (OPSD) to support that work.
• Monthly financial report: The Executive Director will share a financial update for June 2026.
