Meeting minutes: The board will review and approve the notes from its June 3, 2026 meeting.
New advisory council: The board will consider forming a small working group to develop a plan for a community advisory council for the Kalaeloa area. This group would recommend how the council should be set up, who should be on it, and what its purpose would be.
Recycled water project update: Staff will share progress on efforts to apply for a grant — in partnership with the Hawaii Community Foundation — to fund the planning, design, and construction of a recycled water pipeline into the Kalaeloa Community Development District. Related studies and reports being prepared to support the grant will also be discussed.
Executive Director's report: Staff will provide a monthly status update, including a list of recently approved permits that did not require a public hearing.
