What's Being Discussed

The Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC) Board of Directors is holding a special meeting on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting is hybrid — board members will participate virtually, and the public can join online, by phone, or in person at the State Office Tower, 235 S. Beretania St., Suite 205, Honolulu.

• The main item is a report from a Permitted Interaction Group (a small subgroup of board members) that evaluated the Executive Director's job performance for Fiscal Year 2026. The group will present its findings and recommendations to the full board.

No formal votes or decisions are scheduled for this meeting. The Permitted Interaction Group's report is being presented for informational purposes only. Any action based on the Executive Director's evaluation is expected to be taken up at a future board meeting.
