\nPresentation by Dr. Baybars Karacaovali
\nDr. Karacaovali will provide an informational presentation regarding Major Tax Collections and the General Fund Tax Revenues for Fiscal Years 2024-2026 and major tax law changes in 2026. He will also provide the current general fund model forecast based on member inputs and COR’s previous official forecast. The presentation slides will be posted as part of the meeting materials on the Council website after the meeting.
