Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Modernization Project: The Compliance Office will provide an update on efforts to modernize how the Employees' Retirement System (ERS) manages risk and governance.
Internal Audit Progress Report: The outside auditing firm KMH LLP will report on audit work completed in July and August 2026, and will update the committee on whether past audit recommendations have been acted upon by management.
Cybersecurity (Closed Session): The committee will meet privately to discuss sensitive matters related to information security, technology risk, and the protection of ERS data assets. Legal counsel may also be consulted during this closed portion.
Meeting minutes: The committee will review and approve minutes from its previous meeting on July 8, 2026, including minutes from the prior closed session.

Approval of regular and executive session meeting minutes from July 8, 2026.
The committee may vote to enter closed (executive) session to discuss confidential cybersecurity and legal matters.
