If your Commission is interested in serving as the Host Commission for the next conference\, please complete the following form by October 15th\, 2026.\nMore Information to Know:  \nHost Commissions are encouraged to ask for assistance from other commissions in their state.  \nThe NACW Executive Committee will appoint a Conference Planning Committee Chair that will meet with the Executive Committee on an ongoing and regular schedule to offer guidance and assistance with conference planning.  \nNACW Executive Committee and the Host Commission/Allied Organization will approve and sign a Memorandum of Understanding outlining NACW conference responsibilities and Host Commission/Allied Organization conference responsibilities.  \nThe Host Commission and NACW Finance Committee agree to raise local/regional funds and national sponsorships respectively\, needed for the conference and the benefit of NACW.
