Executive Director Mark Garrity will provide a summary of current activities at the O`ahuMPO\, an update on the status of federal funding and programs affecting the MPO and will recap the most recent Citizen Advisory Committee and Technical Advisory Committee meetings.\n              \nIV.         Old Business \n\n \nV.           New Business \nA.    Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) FY2028-2029 Regional Planning Priorities\n \nFederal regulations require that MPOs include a discussion of regional planning priorities in their unified planning work programs. Per O`ahuMPO’s UPWP procedures\, a new work program development cycle begins with Policy Board approval of these priorities. Once approved\, the priorities will guide the programming of funds for planning activities in the new work program. \n \nO`ahuMPO staff will present proposed regional planning priorities for the UPWP FY2028-2029 for discussion and approval. \n \nRequested Action: Approve the regional planning priorities for the UPWP FY2028-2029.\n \nVI.         Invitation to interested members of the public to be heard on matters not included on the agenda.\n \nVII.        Announcements \n \nVIII.      Adjournment\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nPUBLIC TESTIMONY will be accepted on any Policy Board meeting agenda item.
