The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) Board of Trustees will hold an in-person site visit at the Kapuaiwa Ancient Coconut Grove on Molokaʻi. The meeting takes place on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Highway 460 in Kaunakakai.

• Site briefing on Kapuaiwa Coconut Grove — David Bush, District Supervisor and Water Systems Manager for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL), will present information about this historic and culturally significant site.

The Kapuaiwa Coconut Grove is a well-known cultural landmark on Molokaʻi, historically associated with Hawaiian royalty.

This meeting is primarily informational. No formal votes or binding decisions are listed on the agenda. The trustees will observe the site and receive a briefing, which may inform future decisions related to the grove.
