Decisions Expected

Event sponsorships: The board is expected to vote on funding awards through OHA's Hoʻākoakoa Lāhui program for 22 organizations across Hawaiʻi. Events include hula competitions, canoe racing, farmers union gatherings, keiki surf contests, cultural festivals, and more.
Land due diligence: The board is expected to vote on approving up to $50,000 for additional research into potentially transferring the Kāneiʻolouma Heiau Complex in Kōloa, Kauaʻi, to OHA.
