Lānaʻi Resort Land Reclassification (Pūlama Lānaʻi / Kōʻele Project): The Commission will review a formal proposal to change the official land classification of about 170 acres near Lānaʻi City. Roughly 95 acres would shift from Agricultural use and about 74 acres from Rural use — both moving into the Urban category. This would align the land's state classification with existing county plans and proposed zoning updates.
Pukalani Associates Construction Deadline (Maui): The Commission will consider a request by Pukalani Associates, LLC to extend their deadline for completing required infrastructure improvements on approximately 87 acres of land in Kula, Makawao, Maui.
