\nThe Stadium Authority will be holding its meeting in person and via video conference for its September 24\, 2026\, meeting scheduled at 8:00 a.m.The location for in person is Stadium Authority District Conference Room
\n                                                   99-500 Salt Lake Blvd.
\n                                                   Aiea\, Hawaii 96701
\n                
\nFor those interested in participating in the meeting via video conference\, we encourage you to pre-register online by completing the online Board Meeting Registration form at https://alohastadium.hawaii.gov/administration/public-meetings/ or by calling the Stadium Administration Office at (808) 483-2500. Pre-registration is not required but will allow us to provide you with information on meeting protocol prior to meeting date.

\nDuring the scheduled meeting\, the Stadium Authority may elect to go into Executive Session for reasons limited to those set forth in section 92-5(a)\, HRS\, including to consult with its attorney(s) on questions and issues relating to the Stadium Authority’s powers\, duties\, privileges\, immunities\, and liabilities.

\nTESTIMONY:
\nThe Stadium Authority requests that interested people providing written testimony do so at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting so it may be distributed to board members prior to the meeting.  Testimony received after that time will be distributed to board members at the meeting.

If there are documents that are part of the oral testimony\, we request that you provide them prior to the meeting to be officially recorded and reviewed by the board members. Oral testimony will be heard before each agenda item.
