\nThe meeting will be conducted pursuant to HRS §92-3.7. 
\nCommissioners and members of the public may participate via interactive conference technology or in person at the physical location indicated below. 
\nIf the Zoom connection is interrupted during the meeting\, the meeting will be recessed for up to thirty (30 minutes) to restore connectivity.  If the audiovisual connection cannot be restored the meeting may reconvene with audio only using the phone information listed above. If the connection cannot be restored within the thirty (30) minutes of interruption and the Commission has not provided information on how the meeting will be continued (date\, time and connection information)\, then the meeting will be terminated.

\nWritten testimony 
\nIndividuals interested in submitting written public testimony shall clearly identify the agenda item the testimony pertains to and submit the written testimony to commission.mail@spcsc.hawaii.gov or 1164 Bishop Street\, Suite 1100\, Honolulu\, HI 96813.  Written testimony is posted to the Commission’s website. Please omit any personal information you do not want posted.

\nTestimony in person or online
\nEach individual or representative of an organization is allotted two minutes on an agenda item\, or an amount of time otherwise designated by the Chairperson\, to provide oral testimony to the Commission.  Testifiers may testify once on an agenda item.  Testimony will be received during agenda item II. and at the beginning of each agenda item.  Testimony must be related to an item that is on the agenda. Oral testimony is captured in the meeting minutes.
