Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan Update: City and County of Honolulu transportation staff will present the completed update to Honolulu's Transit Asset Management Plan. This plan sets goals and strategies for keeping O'ahu's public transit system — including TheBus, Handi-Van paratransit service, and now the Skyline rail system — in good working condition. Federal law requires this plan to be updated every four years. The 2026 update is notable because it adds Skyline rail assets for the first time.
