Language access and alternative formats\, including translation into languages other than English\, large print\, Braille\, screen-reader accessible versions\, American Sign Language (ASL) video\, plain language versions\, and assistance for individuals completing the survey c. Outreach strategies to reach underserved\, rural\, and neighbor island communities d. Roles and responsibilities of committee members\, staff\, CILs\, and partner organizations in survey distribution
