What's Being Discussed

The Disability and Communication Access Board (DCAB), part of the Hawaii Department of Health, is holding its Annual Planning Meeting on October 8, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in person at the Kamamalu Building in Honolulu and online via Zoom.

  • End-of-Year Report for FY 2025–2026: A review of what DCAB staff accomplished over the past year across areas such as civil rights, facility access, communication access, education, community living, emergency preparedness, transportation, parking, and employment.
