\nThe Antitrust Statement will be read into the record. 
\nIII.              Approval of Minutes – July 15\, 2026
\nThe Board will review and consider approval of the July 15\, 2026\, meeting minutes. Action may be taken to approve\, amend\, or defer the meeting minutes.
\nIV.              Financial Reports from the Hawaii Joint Underwriting Plan (“HJUP”)
\nA.    Discussion of the financial statements as of December 31\, 2025\, March 31\, 2026\, and June 30\, 2026\, included in the Board Packet:
\n·         Cash Flow Projection – As of June 30\, 2026
\n·         Balance Sheet – Consolidated 
\n·         Statement of Income and Expenses – Consolidated and by Class 
\n·         Statement of Other‑Than‑Underwriting Expenses – Consolidated
\n·         Quarterly Exhibit of Reserves – Consolidated and by Class
\n·         Quarterly Results of Operations – Consolidated and by Class
\n·         Q2 2026 Experience Reports for Commercial\, Private Passenger and Certified Public Assistance Insureds
\nThe Board may discuss financial performance\, assess variances\, evaluate reserve positions\, and address any other matters related to these financial reports. 
\nB.     Discussion and possible action regarding the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal years ended September 30\, 2025\, and 2024\, including review of the KPMG LLP audit report and related financial statements and notes\, included in the Board Packet.
\nThe Board may discuss financial performance and address matters related to the audited financial statements.

\nA.    Servicing Provider Update
\nUpdate on servicing provider operations\, current performance metrics\, and any issues that may require Board attention or direction. 
\nB.     HJUP Commercial Application Submission Process Survey
\nPresentation and discussion of survey results regarding the HJUP commercial application submission process\, including feedback received from producers and potential process improvement considerations\, with the survey template included in the Board Packet.
