\nDiscuss and Recommend Monthly SILC Meeting Dates for FY 2027 (Action Item): Discussion of proposed monthly SILC meeting dates for FY 2027 (October 1\, 2026 – September 30\, 2027)\, informed by the survey results. The Executive Committee may vote to recommend a monthly meeting schedule to the full Council for adoption.

\nDiscuss and Recommend SILC Quarterly Meeting Dates\, Times\, and Location for FY 2027 (Action Item): Discussion of proposed dates\, times\, and locations for SILC quarterly meetings in FY 2027\, including the September 2027 annual meeting and the possibility of holding one or more quarterly meetings on a neighbor island. The Executive Committee may vote to recommend a quarterly meeting schedule to the full Council for adoption.

\nDiscuss and Decide on Regular Executive Committee Meeting Dates and Times for FY 2027 (Action Item): Discussion of a regular meeting schedule for the Executive Committee for FY 2027\, informed by the survey results. The Executive Committee may vote to adopt its meeting schedule.
