\n·       HB 2026-0103- Relating to the Office of Youth Services: Assigns the Office of Youth Services (OYS) the responsibility of overseeing all contracts between the State and community-based youth residential programs.

\n·       HB 2027-0101 - Relating to Youth Services: Establishes and appropriates funds for the Youth Residential Care Oversight Board.
\n 
\n·       HB 2027-0097- Relating to Youth Services: Establishes the Youth Residential Services Workforce Scholarship and Loan Forgiveness Program\, administered by the University of Hawaii.

\n·       HB 2027-0098- Relating to Juvenile Justice: Establishes the Close to Home Hawaii Pilot Program within the Office of Youth Services
