The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaiʻi (RCUH) Audit Committee is holding a meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in person at the East-West Center in Honolulu and is also available to join virtually via Zoom.

• Review and approval of minutes from the previous Audit Committee meeting held on October 30, 2025
• A presentation by Accuity, RCUH's outside auditing firm, covering the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026

• Acceptance of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026 — this is a formal vote by the committee to officially accept the findings of the annual financial audit
