The Committee may also\nconsider the filing of Bill 93 (2024) and other related action.\nBill 93 (2024)\n\nMORE à\n\nPage 2\n\nwww.MauiCounty.us/BFED\n\nVEHICLE DISPOSAL FEE FUND AND PROGRAM (BFED-20(32))\nDescription: Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council\, the Committee intends to\ndiscuss the Vehicle Disposal Fee Fund established under Chapter 3.27\,\nMaui County Code\, and the County’s vehicle disposal program.\nThe\ndiscussion may include program operations\, the fund balance\, authorized\nuses\, the average annual fee collections and expenditures\, and may\ninclude options to support the program’s purpose and a review of the\nvehicle disposal fee to better align collections with funding needs.\nStatus: The Committee may receive information and discuss the County’s Vehicle\nDisposal Fee Fund and vehicle disposal program\, including the fund\nbalance\, options to support the program’s purpose and use\, and to\nevaluate the disposal fee. The Committee may also discuss other related\nmatters.
