Act 201 Working Group
What This Task Force Does
This working group was created by Act 201 to study and develop recommendations on the policy issue specified in its enabling legislation, with findings reported to the Legislature. Like other legislative working groups, it convenes subject-matter experts, agency representatives, and community stakeholders to analyze a defined problem. Its output shapes the legislative response in subsequent sessions.
