The Downtown-Chinatown Neighborhood Board (Board 13) is one of 36 neighborhood boards in Honolulu. It holds monthly public meetings where residents can discuss community concerns, hear updates from city and state agencies, and provide input on issues affecting their neighborhood.

The Downtown-Chinatown Neighborhood Board represents one of Honolulu's most historically and culturally significant urban districts, addressing issues me ka historic preservation, homelessness, development proposals, ka palekana lehulehu, and the vitality of Chinatown's small businesses and cultural institutions.
