Hawaii Anti-Trafficking Task Force

The Hawaii Anti-Trafficking Task Force coordinates law enforcement, social services, immigration, and community organizations in the state's response to human trafficking, including labor and sex trafficking. It develops protocols for victim identification and services, trains first responders, and recommends legislative and regulatory improvements. Hawaii's tourism economy and geographic position in the Pacific create particular vulnerabilities to trafficking.
