Hawaii Interagency Council on Homelessness (HICH)

The Hawaii Interagency Council on Homelessness (HICH) is the primary state-level body coordinating the Housing First and other evidence-based approaches to reducing homelessness across Hawaii. It aligns federal and state funding streams, tracks data on homeless populations, and coordinates among state agencies, counties, and nonprofit providers. HICH helps ensure Hawaii's approach to homelessness is integrated and evidence-informed.
