Honolulu Local Emergency Planning Committee

The Honolulu Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is a federally mandated body under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act that coordinates hazardous materials emergency planning for the Thành phố và Quận Honolulu.
