なぜ関心を持つべきか
住宅の手頃な価格は、マウイ郡住民の多くにとって生活の質を決定づける問題です。この委員会は、どれだけの量の住宅を建設し、どこに行くか、誰がそれを買うことができるか、そして郡が開発と文化および環境保護のバランスをどのようにとるかを決定する規則を形成しました。
