The Kalihi Valley Neighborhood Board (Board 16) is one of 36 neighborhood boards in Honolulu. It holds monthly public meetings where residents can discuss community concerns, hear updates from city and state agencies, and provide input on issues affecting their neighborhood.

Kalihi Valley Neighborhood Board No. 16 is one of 33 elected neighborhood boards on O'ahu under the Neighborhood Commission Office, covering the Kalihi Valley area inland from Kalihi-Palama. Nānā aku nei ia i City development proposals, infrastructure projects, and service delivery issues affecting Kalihi Valley residents, and forwards positions to the Mayor and City Council. Meetings address concerns me ka watershed land use, road maintenance, and community facilities.
