Kauai Board of Ethics

Kauai residents who believe a county official has abused their position — by accepting improper gifts, using public resources for personal gain, or participating in decisions where they have a personal financial interest — can file a complaint with this board. The board is the primary ethics accountability mechanism for Kauai County government.
