OHA Beneficiary Advocacy and Empowerment

The OHA Beneficiary Advocacy and Empowerment committee advances the rights, welfare, and self-determination of Native Hawaiian beneficiaries through policy advocacy and community engagement. It develops positions on legislation and government actions that affect Native Hawaiians and advises the OHA Board of Trustees on beneficiary priorities. The committee also works to expand access to OHA programs and services across the state.
