Professional & Vocational Licensing Division

The Professional and Vocational Licensing Division (PVL) within the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs administers licensing for over 160 regulated professions and vocations in Hawaii, from contractors and cosmetologists to engineers and real estate agents.
